Our aim
We want True Fantasy Review to work for every fantasy manager, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, zoom, or reduced motion. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Every main page is checked with automated accessibility testing (axe-core) before changes go live.
- The whole site works from a keyboard. A “Skip to content” link is the first thing Tab reaches, and the element you are on is always outlined.
- The “?” explanations open from the keyboard and with a tap on a phone, not only on mouse hover, and screen readers read them.
- Animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Text is never smaller than 12px, the layout works from small phones to large monitors, and the page can be zoomed. Light and dark themes are both available.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
Known gaps
- A few solid-colour chips — the brightest green and orange stat cells on the rankings, and some Buy/Hold/Sell signal chips — have white text below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio WCAG asks for. The same numbers and ratings are also shown in each player's card, which opens from the row.
- Charts such as Value × Production and the positional gems are visual. Every number they show is also written out in text beside them or in their explanation.
- Player, league and schedule data comes from third parties (see the footer), and we cannot always control how it is formatted.
Tell us
If something on the site is hard or impossible for you to use, tell us what page and what happened. We will reply and work on a fix, and help you get the information another way in the meantime.
